Local Deliveries

Deliveries within Accra and Tema are done same day within 24 hours. On weekends and holidays, we deliver within 24 hours. Deliveries to the rest of Ghana are fulfilled between 48 hours and three working days.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will be fulfilled by a third party courier company. We use DHL & FedEx

We currently offer shipping within Ghana only. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24hours of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges may be subject to certain conditions, such as the item being unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Refunds

We will only refund your money if there is a delay in shipment of the book you preordered. Or the book you bought has been damaged which wasn’t your fault.

Pre-Orders

To preorder a book from us, you must make full payment of the book to confirm your preorder. The books will be dispatched to your location once the preorders arrive.
